University policy requires faculty and staff to reimburse their department for all personal long distance telephone charges placed using the long distance authorization code. In order to view your account charges, please login at the link below.

The login page will ask for an Account ID and for a Password. Your Account ID is entered in the format firstname.lastname, all lowercase. Your password is your 7-digit long distance authorization code. Do not include the "56" when you enter your password.
