What must I do before registering for classes?

Before registering for classes, you must:

1. Meet with an advisor either at orientation or on your own
2. Submit your Immunization Information
   • Colorado State Law requires all students enrolled in one or more classes, physically attending classes on campus and born on or after January 1, 1957 to submit proof of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR). To download a copy of the official State of Colorado immunization form, go to www.unco.edu/shc/forms.htm.
   • If you have additional questions or need a form mailed to you, please contact the Student Health Center at 970-351-2412.
3. Send transcripts for all previous institutions you have attended to the Admissions Office at UNC as soon as possible to ensure accurate advising.
