If I weren’t in food service: There's something else?

My refrigerator always contains: A veggie tray and my allergy injection medicine.

My favorite meal is: Spinach salad with blackened scallops.

The best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at was: A seafood restaurant in Naples, Florida (where I had Spinach salad with blackened scallops).

People tell me the celebrity I most resemble is: Reba McEntire (must be the accent!)

In my spare time, I like to: Ride my bike, play guitar, and read.

People are often most surprised to find out that I: Was escorted by armed guard to a mescal farm in Mexico.

The living person I’d most like to have dinner with is: My son - he's a GREAT conversationalist!

My favorite movie is: Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (Howard Keel's singing makes me swoon!)
