Years in foodservice: 27 = 7 years in dining rooms, 14 year as catering manager, 3 years as student personnel supervisor of the UC cafeteria and 3 years as a student. 3 years bartender/waitress at an Italian restaurant, 2 years at Village Inn and 1.5 year as Casa Bonita as a flag girl.
