  • Need a Job?
    Want some extra spending money? We're looking for a few good students! Print this application, fill it out, and take it to the location you would like to work at (or bring it to the Dining Services office in Tobey-Kendel room 120).   • Want to pick up a Gourmet To Go outside meal hours because of class?
    The "Meal Take-Out Authorization Form" is what you need! This form is used by students who have a scheduling conflict between class schedule and dining room hours. You must provide a copy of your class schedule when this form is turned in to the Dining Services Office located in Tobey-Kendel Hall, room 120 (you can also fax this form to 351-2754 if desired). Please see form for additional guidelines.
  • Feeling under the weather?
    Can't make it into the dining room for a hot meal? Have your RA, friend, or roommate get you a Gourmet To Go or sick tray! Fill out this form out & sign it, then send it with your representative along with your UNC Card. They will be able to get your meal so you can start feeling better soon!
  • Gourmet To Go / Bear on the Run policy for Bear Plan Holders:
    In order to continue to provide fast service to all our customers and ensure product availability, Bear Plan holders are limited to 3 Gourmet To Go or 2 Bear on the Run per meal period. Please see form for specific details.

Residence Life & UNC Staff

Throughout the academic year and summer, we have various events and happenings that we may be able to help you with.

  • RAs, need a packout?
    Are you a Resident Assistant? Are you planning a retreat and want to do a packout? We can help you... here's the form you need! Please see form for additional information.
  • Setup Guidelines for Table Tents, Tables, and Easels:
    • Table tents for programs/events must be related to student development and of an educational nature. Off-campus advertisements will not be permitted in the dining rooms.
    • Table setup are only available for on-campus organizations. Food products may not be sold or distributed outside the dining rooms. Any handouts need to be distributed to customers on the way out of the dining room, not in.
    • Easel reservations are available for programs/events related to student development and of an educational nature. Off-campus advertisements will not be permitted in the dining rooms.

UNC Faculty/Staff Forms

  • Are you a Faculty/Staff member who wants to eat on campus?
    Fill out a Faculty/Staff Meal Deduction form, and we'll get you signed up to have your meals taken directly out of your UNC paycheck. Think of it... fresh salad bar, create your own deli sandwich, pizza bar, pasta bar, fresh veggies, stir-fry bar, carved meats, beverage station, soup bar, vegetarian dishes, freshly baked bread, cereal bar… and much more!!   • Departmental Tickets and Guest Cards for Campus Events
    Is your department having a business lunch or office training and don't want to leave campus? Dining Services has the solution... come eat with us! Stay on-campus, keep your parking spot, and avoid the hassle! Contact Kari or JoAnn at 351-2652 for specific details.
