This workshop will provide an overview of Information Technology’s Technical Support Center and the services offered. We will focus on the various options you have to receive Technical Support through Information Technology and will introduce the new self-service site, SupportU. Information will be provided about the use of the SupportU self-help Knowledge Base, online ticket, forms and feedback submission, and ways to track your support requests.
