InDesign is professional software for creating print publications. While there are many advanced features that professional publishers and printers use, it is also an easy tool to use for simple publications like flyers, brochures, booklets, and other print materials. In this session, participants will learn about the InDesign environment. We’ll cover the tools, how to set up a document, and basic features. By the end of the session, participants should feel comfortable creating a new document in InDesign, adding text to a page and formatting it, and adding shapes or graphics to the page.
