Colorado Society of School Psychologists Conference
by Tamra Scheetz, Student & New Practitioner Representative
We had a strong showing from students at this year’s conference. Thanks are due to the student representatives from the three universities in Colorado for the hard work they put in to make sure students had plenty of options for students this year. The Silent Auction was an evening of fun and the proceeds from the auction fund the student scholarships this coming year. Additionally, Stacy Skalski gave an informative presentation on securing internships and jobs as a new practitioner to school psychology. The student social was a big hit, with strong representation from all three universities, giving students a chance to mingle in beautiful downtown Vail. Many people mentioned that they were impressed with the dedication and professionalism of our students at the conference! See Photos from this event.
