Mindfulness is an innate ability we all possess to live in the present moment with calmness and an awareness of the wonders of life. The cultivation of mindfulness comes through meditation practice.  Meditation is a simple and effective method of transforming our anger, anxiety, sadness, and confusion into peace, joy and understanding.  The Counseling Center and Wellness Education program are pleased to offer regular mindfulness meditation groups for students, faculty and staff at the Campus Recreation Center.  All sessions include meditation instruction, practice, and discussion.  No registration required.
