Club Information:
A rapidly growing sport in Colorado and the Western U.S., women's lacrosse involves a competitive nature, important strategies, agility, and finesse.
The UNC Women's Lacrosse Club competes in the Rocky Mountain Women's Lacrosse League, and their typical schedule includes the National Champions- Colorado State University and the University of Colorado, as well as Denver-area club teams.
In 2007/2008 the Women's Lacrosse team hosted its first ever tournament in the Fall of 2007. Hosting the University of Kansas, University of Denver and University of Wyoming.
In Spring 2008 the team hosted the Univ. of Minnesota Duluth in a snowy morning of play and traveled to Salt Lake City for a tournament.
The team is forcasting another hard year of play and encourage all interested to come out for the team.
