Program Consultation Services

The Office of Assessment staff provide a wide range of consultation services to support the assessment needs of UNC’s student services programs. Services include the following:

Guidance on developing program assessment plans
Articulating student learning and program goals and outcomes
Identifying existing or helping develop new assessment tools and measures
Training in the University’s assessment software tool TracDat
Evaluating existing program assessment plans and activities
