Shui Kuen and Allen Chin Scholarship ;WHY: The Shui Kuen and Allen Chin Scholarship was established by the children of Shui Kuen and Allen Chin to honor the values of their parents. To transform the tragic death of their father Allen Chin into something positive, the children started this scholarship program. They would like to support undergraduate and graduate students who have worked at an Asian restaurant (Asian-owned or Asian cuisine) or have parents who worked or are working at one.
