We invite you to check out our beautiful campus, caring people and excellent faculty. We think you'll like the experience.

When to visit:

The best time to visit is during the week when classes are in session and students and faculty are involved in regular campus activities. Tours are available Monday through Friday, five times each day. Please check the academic calendar for the semester dates. The UNC Visitors Center is located at 1862 10th Avenue.

How to set up a visit:

Make your reservations for any of our visit options, including a daily campus visit or Preview Day, by filling out our online form at least 10 days in advance or calling our Visitors Center at (970) 351-2097, toll-free from Denver at 637-3061, toll-free nationwide at (888) 700-4UNC. Please call to confirm your reservation if you have not heard from us three days before your visit.

We have several choices for your visit:

1. A daily campus visit can be scheduled simply by phoning the Visitors Center at (970) 351-2097, toll-free from Denver at 637-3061, toll-free nationwide at (888) 700-4UNC and asking the staff to make arrangements for:
   • An appointment with an admissions counselor
   • A visit to a residence hall
   • Lunch in a residence hall
   • An appointment with a professor in your proposed field of study
     (requires two weeks notice)
2. Special Financial Aid presentations at 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
3. A Campus Tour - you just need to reserve your place in our van. During your time on campus, we invite you to dine in one of our residence halls. To obtain today's menu for all residence halls, phone (970) 351-FOOD or visit our menu page.
4. Junior Days: Friday, February 29 and Friday March 28. Reservations must be made at (970) 351-2097.
5. Preview Day is a special one-day program designed to bring you face-to-face with UNC students, faculty and administrators. Fall 2007 Preview Day dates include Friday, October 12, Friday, October 26, Saturday, November 10 and Friday, November 16. Spring 2008 Preview Day dates include Friday, January 25, Friday, February 8, Monday, February 18, Saturday, February 23, Friday, March 14 and Friday, April 25 . Register for a Preview Day using our online form.
