All university bids are required to go out over the
Internet via the state B.I.D.S. program. Only registered
vendors may access the system and submit bids. To access
the page, register and submit bids, go to www.gssa.state.co.us.
To access bids information, vendors must download Acrobat
Reader from the icon provided in the document.
All bids submitted to any university purchasing department
must include the Vendor Signature Form (Venform. PDF)
and the Small Business Form (Smbus.PDF). These forms
can be opened and printed by selecting the appropriate
icons at the bottom of the first page once you have
registered. Often times, the Purchasing - Food Services
department will also require vendors to include an additional
vendor agreement form, found within the bid.
